We are currently looking for an experienced and gifted retoucher to lead our retouching department for our Dubai Studio. The Retoucher will mostly work on a variety of assets for one of the region's most important fashion and hospitality brands. 3D experience a plus!
Responsibilities:
Retouches high quality images for print and cross functional use
Follows required build structure and methodologies while working with the team to develop new solutions
Performs a variety of highly skilled creative and executional retouching assignments
Executes color direction from the leadership of the producer and production management
With limited guidance, prioritizes and executes responsibilities efficiently; checks own work and possibly the work of others; Output must meet the highest quality standards
Maintain workflow systems
Maintain the highest level of quality control of digital and analog deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
Create files for both RGB and CMYK workflows
Independently prioritizes request from multiple sources
Provides technical/process guidance to coworkers within own work group
Trains employees on a variety of technical skills and occasionally assists those with problem-solving and administrative procedures
Completes appropriate paperwork as work is completed
